Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees: The delivery times provided are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs clearance procedures, local postal service delays, weather events, and holiday peak seasons.

Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping an order due to an address error may incur additional fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.
5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: For all international orders (outside the United States), the recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for:

6. Lost, Stuck, or Damaged Packages

In Transit Delays: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 15 business days), please contact us. We will initiate a trace inquiry with the carrier.

Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will, at our discretion, either reship the items (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.

Damaged Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos clearly showing the damage to both the product and the packaging.
