Standard Refund & Exchange Guidelines

You may request a return for any item within 90 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be:

In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Have all manufacturer’s tags and labels attached.

Returned in the original manufacturer's packaging (including any polybags).

If these conditions are met, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item.

If the return conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund if the item is not returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
Important Exceptions: Customized or Personalized Jerseys
For the protection of our customers and to maintain fairness, all customized jerseys are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Jerseys printed with any player name, number, or patch (whether pre-selected or custom).

Jerseys with any custom text, logo, or design added by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are exempt from our standard return policy under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Package the item securely with all original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.

Ship the return to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the credit appearing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
